ada is an artist run gallery dedicated to bringing the best in emerging and mid-career artists to richmond virginia.
Besides monthly art exhibits , we have been putting on film & video events, music & dance performances since 2003. our artists come from as far away as Korea and as close as the next block.

ABOUT THE GALLERY:
ada gallery is owned and operated by John Pollard, who received his MFA in painting from the San Francisco Art Institute in 1992 and his BA in Studio Art from the University of Virginia in 1988.
ada began in june of 2003 with a mission to expose virginians to the best in contemporary art in a very open and approachable way.
Our tag team of art professionals is mostly a young volunteer group of sweet art people who give up their free time to help ada do its thing... Without them we'd be nothing !
